We are a family business that's in the business of helping families plan and achieve a secure financial future.

Who We Are
Lee A. Shaffer, II. ChFC®, CASL
Lee has over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry. During this time, he has navigated just about every variety of client situation there is to see.
From Dave: "At a young age, he was driving tractors and milking cows on his family's dairy farm in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania, and he's never fully shaken off that farmer mentality. In fact, it's that "dusk till dawn" work ethic that helped him start his financial advisory business from scratch and build it up into what it is today."
When not serving clients, you'll find Lee volunteering his time at the New Holland Kiwanis club, Cavod Theatre, and as an elder at his church. He and his wife Jenny have three grown children, and seven grandkids.
David A. Shaffer, MBA, CFP®
After earning his MBA, Dave quickly completed all necessary industry licenses, and then passed the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® exam.
From Lee: "Dave desires to truly serve his clients. His consistency, intentionality, and honesty are traits that his clients can rely on as he partners with me and takes over the business in the future."
When not serving clients, you'll find Dave with his wife Claire, and his kiddos Cara and Gabriel. He enjoys serving as a deacon in his church, and playing golf.
Andrew J. Allers, MBA
Andrew brings over a decade of experience in operations and client-focused administration, with an emphasis on building systems that support excellent service.
From Dave: “Andrew is a wizard with a spreadsheet and genuinely enjoys building efficient systems that help everything run smoothly behind the scenes. What really sets him apart is that while he’s highly analytical, he’s also great with people and someone others naturally turn to for answers.”
When he’s not working, Andrew spends his time with his wife Sophie and their three children. He enjoys staying involved in their church community and always finding another home project to take on, while leaving ample time to follow the New York Yankees.
How We Work
Our first priority is helping you take care of yourself and your family. We want to learn more about your personal situation, identify your dreams and goals, and develop strategies to make them happen.
- We do this during an initial 1.5–2 hour Data Gathering meeting.
- We'll follow up with a Proposal meeting where we present our findings and recommend action items that will help move you toward your financial goals.
- If you choose to work with us, we will meet again to begin Implementing your plan. Depending on your needs, we may meet few times, or just once to sign some paperwork.
- In most cases, we’ll conduct Annual Updates, where we’ll check in with you, go over your investments, and make necessary adjustments to make sure you're still on track and headed in the right direction.
- In addition to these core review sessions, we're happy to meet anytime to answer your questions.
